I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The birthday decorations in the room were a pleasant surprise, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the downstairs double bed was a bit cramped. The service was exceptional with wonderful hospitality and great suggestions. The location was perfect, right in the center of Bourton on Water. The dining options were really good, especially the porridge. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
